At Eureka Miniatures UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5 to 7 business days.
